Itinerary

Day 1

Pick up in Manuel Antonio, Playa Dominical, or San Isidro del General, this 3 day adventure takes you into the rain forest of Costa Rica. From Perez Zeledon, we embark on a 2 hour drive through the mountains with stunning views of the ocean on clear days and a unique look into the small pueblos that most visitors don't get the opportunity to see. Once we arrive in the town of Brujo, we'll begin our hike to the Fonseca's rain forest retreat. It's an absolutely stunning place with the Rio Savegre passing by and a waterfall to look at as you eat. Served with some of the best Costa Rican and fresh food you can find, you will be ready to relax and enjoy your new home.

Day 2

Wake up to the rushing sounds of the Rio Savegre and the beautiful waterfall in front of you as you eat your breakfast. Guide yourself through the medicinal plant tour and marvel at the array of flowers and trees you just can't find elsewhere. Feeling adventurous? Zipline down a canopy line that goes over the Rio Savegre, offering a bird's eye view of the surrounding area you will love. How about a waterfall rappel? Explore new heights and experience the flow of a waterfall like never before rappelling down it. Traditional sauna, anyone? Relax next to the river in a traditional sauna and take some time to yourself to rejuvenate and get away.

Day 3

Eat another home cooked breakfast and put on hiking boots to go rafting 20 kilometers of the Rio Savegre featuring class II, III, and IV rapids (the cleanest river in all of the Americas). Say our goodbyes and PURA VIDA's in Dominical or Manuel Antonio or San Isidro del General.
